1. Orders & Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Orders are accepted subject to product availability and confirmation of delivery lead times. Arom Energy reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in USD and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are specified on each invoice. Title to goods remains with Arom Energy until full payment is received.

3. Warranty

All HighTest Technology instruments carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty terms vary by product family and are detailed in the product documentation. Arom Energy facilitates all warranty claims through the authorised HighTest UK service centre.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipments are dispatched from the HighTest UK distribution centre. Delivery timeframes are estimates and commence from order confirmation. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. All shipments are tracked and insured.

5. Limitation of Liability

Arom Energy's liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products supplied.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, North Carolina.
